Talking to young people about the importance of paying taxes requires audience recognised authorities and the right message.
Communication agency Olsen+Partners (formerly A.W.Olsen & Partners), commissioned by the Latvian Ministry of Finance, developed and implemented the #nomaksāt campaign, which attracted popular rap performers who created a real hit. We managed to ensure that the audience listened to our message with pleasure, and the radio stations played it for free every hour.
